Lexor Gaussian Filters 0.17 to 15MHz - Type VG2A DIL 14
pin 0.6" Basic Specification
A range of D.I.L. packaged
passive L.C. filters with a slow roll -off Gaussian response and maximally flat
delay. Applications include:-Pulse shaping, e.g. a pulse with a width equal to
the rise-time of the filter will be transformed to a Gaussian, bell-shaped
curve. A signal with a fast leading edge can be shaped to conform with CCIR
specifications, (250nS + 5OnS) Spurious spiky signals may be filtered out of a
signal path while preserving phase relationships.
Preferred impedances are 75 and
510 W.
A 16 pin Version, Type VG6A. .
